Where we ship

We ship to customers in the United States, Canada and Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can be longer during peak seasons or because of customs or carrier delays, and in some cases up to 14 business days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to Canada or Australia may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
