This website, cometsable.com, is operated by MRES GLOBAL LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, under the name Comet & Sable ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or purchasing from us you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

We try to display our products, colors and prices accurately. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error, with a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, in which case you will be refunded.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. Pet safety

Pet products must be used as directed, with supervision. A pet safety vest or flotation product is not a substitute for supervision. Never leave a pet unattended near water. Check fit and your pet's comfort before each use.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
